Rebekka OT Services provides community-based occupational therapy in Brockville and surrounding areas, specializing in mobility, home safety, and complex care needs.
We support individuals and families in navigating daily life at home through comprehensive assessments, including wheelchair and mobility assessments, equipment recommendations, home safety evaluations, hospital and respite discharge planning, accessible home design, and rehabilitation following injury or illness.
We are experienced in working with complex mobility and medical needs, providing practical solutions that work in real home environments.

Workstation assessments for offices, and work-from-home environments to reduce discomfort and improve ergonomics

Referrals
Rebekka OT Services accepts referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, hospital discharge planners, case managers, community agencies, family members, and individuals.
Referrals are appropriate for individuals experiencing changes in mobility, function, or safety, particularly when there are concerns managing at home.
Common referral reasons include:

Hello! I'm a devoted occupational therapist with a strong commitment to helping adults and elderly individuals thrive in their homes and communities.
Holding a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, complemented by a business background from the University of New Brunswick, I offer a distinctive mix of clinical proficiency and strategic acumen in my work. I am proud to share that I am in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Passion for Community Care
My journey in healthcare began in hospital and mental health facility settings, but it was the vibrant community landscape that captured my heart and ignited my passion. I believe in the power of community-based care to support individuals in leading fulfilling and independent lives.
Credentials and Affiliations
As an Assistive Devices Program authorizer and a proud member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, I am committed to staying at the forefront of my field. I maintain good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism. I am also a Level 1 certified Bone Fit instructor with Osteoporosis Canada, looking forward to becoming Level 2 certified in May 2026.
Beyond the Office
When I'm not in the office, you can find me indulging in various interests, including reading, painting, yoga, and spending quality time with my husband and two active and loving dogs (Tucker & Nala). These activities keep me grounded and energized, allowing me to bring my best self to my work each day.
